MTS Support Leigh Centurions

Last month saw MTS Plant become the official match ball sponsors for the highly anticipated local rugby league derby between Leigh Centurions and Wigan Warriors.  The thrilling game finished Leigh Centurions 26, Wigan Warriors 20 much to the delight of our Lancashire hire desk staff who are devout Centurions supporters and were there on the day to cheer the home team on.

Leigh Centurions who were formally known just as Leigh, until the 1995-96 season when they adopted the name Leigh Centurions are based in the Greater Manchester town of Leigh which also happens to be home to our Lancashire plant hire branch. Rugby league is certainly a hot topic at our local depot, and when our match sponsorship was confirmed there was more than a few hands in the air to decide who should attend the game and presentation meal with the players. The game itself was a great networking event for us, allowing our staff to meet business owners, and key figures from the community as well as being a thoroughly enjoyable evening.
