E62 Digs Foundations for New Italian Hotspot

One of our Bobcat mini diggers has recently been on hire helping with the construction of a new local Italian restaurant. The Bobcat E62 had been rented by one of our regular customers G Hill Excavations Ltd, who are based locally in the town of Ossett, West Yorkshire. G Hill was using the machine to excavate the foundations for what will be a new local Italian restaurant. The new restaurant will replace the pre-existing Vine Tree pub. However by looking at the footprint of the foundations of the extension, it is clear for us to see that the new dinner will be considerably larger than the building it is replacing.

The E62 from Bobcat which was on hire is a 6 ton machine which was released back in 2013 alongside Bobcats flagship 8 ton excavator the E85. Both new machines featured brand new Stage IIIA compliant diesel engines, upgraded hydraulic systems, and as much more spacious cabins compared with the machines they replaced.  The E62 is also easily manoeuvrable, the travel motors of the machine come as standard with an auto shift feature which will shift down automatically when carrying heavy loads increasing the excavator’s manoeuvrability especially when turning or levelling.
