MTS Plant exhibits at the second annual Yorkshire Agricultural Machinery Show

10th February, 2015

Last week saw us exhibit our range of Bobcat machinery at a particularly wintery YAMS 2015. Despite the cold start which can be seen in the pictures above, Yorkshires farmers were not put off and turned up to the event in their thousands to get a look at the vast array of plant and machinery on show.

Despite this only having been the York based shows second year, it had the feel of a well established event, and had certainly grown in size from 2014. Once again we found the day well worth attending with plenty of visitors stopping for a chat and a cup of hot coffee in our heated tent, which certainly felt like a bit of respite from the cold outside.

We brought along a good collection of machines to display, which ranged from a 1 tonne E10 compact excavator to a 5m T2250 telescopic handler. We also featured a couple of Bobcat Skidsteers loaders and a brand new E19 excavator which was just released at the end of last year, all of which revived a positive amount of interest from the attendees. The event was also used as the grand unveiling of our new mascot “Melvin” the monkey, who will be be popping up at various events and locations in the coming months.

If you didn’t get a chance to visit us at this year’s event make sure you find us this July where we will be exhibiting at the Great Yorkshire Show in Harrogate, which will hopefully be a little warmer.
