MTS Plant at Waterton Park Hotel

MTS Plant this week have supplied equipment to Optima Contracting & Building Services to help with the installation of a new car park at the prestigious Waterton Park Hotel in Wakefield. Waterton Park is a beautiful 4* hotel set around its own lake on the outskirts of Wakefield. The hotel itself features many first class facilities including a swimming pool / spa, fishing lake, gymnasium and an excellent 18 hole, par 72 golf course.

MTS Plant have supplied Optima with a T190 Bobcat Tracked Loader which has been a vital piece of machinery for them. The Tracked Loader has been used for transporting and dumping tarmac where required, so it can then be raked and rolled to create a flat even surface. The Bobcat T190 compact track loader has recently been replaced by Bobcat, however is still a more than capable machine. The T190 Loader as with all other Skid-Steer and Tracked Loaders can be fitted with large range of attachments making it suitable for wide array tasks from clearing snow to resurfacing roads. However as can be seen from the images the T190 in use at Waterton Park is carrying the standard bucket attachment which is most commonly used.

Optima Contracting & Building is a local construction firm based in Wakefield and have been clients of MTS for around the past five years and hopefully will continue to be for many years to come.
