High-performance 10.0 tonne Yanmar SV100 class leading midi excavator
Yanmar’s unmatched experience in building excavators certainly shows in the nimble Yanmar SV100. It is designed specifically to combine the power and stability of large excavators with the compact agility of a mini.
|Operaing Weight||9625 kg|

|Transport Weight||9550 kg|

|Digging Force (bucket)||68.5 kN|
With an overall machine width of 2.32m the Yanmar SV100 provides high stability and productivity but with no more than 170mm of tail swing, enabling it to work in a small footprint and close to obstructions. In addition, it has asymmetrical track control so the whole machine can execute tight turns nimbly.
The Yanmar SV100 can dig as deep as 4.57m (with the quick coupler), reach 7.57m forwards (from its central axis) and cut up to 7.73m high. There are few heavy jobs which are beyond its capacity – demolition, backfilling, grading or excavation and all made easy with this Japanese 10.0 tonne machine. A range of optional attachments (crusher jaws, rotating grapple, hydraulic auger, tilt and rotate buckets) extends its usefulness further.
The Yanmar SV100 uses a ViPPS progressive 3-pump system to produce a digging force of 68.5 kN at the bucket and 45.8 kN in the boom. Variable flow hydraulics and multi-directional valves help direct the power where needed, making the SV100 easier to handle for the operator. Electronic pump control also takes account of the engine speed so the hydraulic performance is optimised even in motion.
Yanmar set the standard for excavator engines. The SV100 uses a Stage-V compliant turbocharged 4TNV98CT-VBV direct-injection engine with 4 cylinders that can generate 73.3 hp (54.7 kW). The fuel tank is a useful 115 litres and there is an eco-mode that can reduce fuel consumption by 10% by adjusting the engine speed.
The Yanmar SV100 provides a rigid ROPS and conforms to FOPS I standards against falling objects. There is also a FOPS II guard option. Both the front of the cabin and the boom are equipped with bright LED lighting, with additional lighting available as an option. The controls are ergonomic, with wrist supports and adjustable seating.
