Please keep your delivery note complete with your invoice number for anything you buy from us. It will ensure we can help you if you need to return an item.

Returns

If you have received an order from MTS and wish to return it (in full or in part) for a refund, you must do so within 14 days of the order being placed with us. You can do this by:

  • In the first instance, please call us on 01924 387 007, or email us at info@mtsgroupltd.co.uk, to explain which items you would like to return (you may be asked to quote your invoice number shown on your delivery note). You will then be required to send the item back to us.
  • Alternatively, you can return the product to your local MTS depot, but you must bring your delivery note and the credit/debit card used for payment or you may be declined a refund.

Any return is subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition and packaging
  • You will receive a full refund of the price paid of the items returned (excluding delivery charges).
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return and to ask for proof of identification.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED

Cancellations

You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before dispatch. Please note we are unable to refund delivery changes after dispatch has been completed.

If your items have been dispatched or you have already received your order please refer to our returns policy above.

Faulty Products

If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights.
